Topic Analysis highlights the types of requests your AI Agent could not resolve. Solvea clusters all conversations that were transferred to human agents during the selected period and groups them by topic, along with the number of occurrences

Improve Knowledge from Topics

You can turn unresolved topics directly into knowledge entries:
This feature does not take effect immediately. Newly added knowledge will be synchronized to the knowledge base on the following day.

Select a topic that needs improvement.

Click Add Knowledge.

Enter the correct answer and refine the question in the pop-up window.

Click Confirm to automatically add the content to the Knowledge Base.
This allows you to continuously improve AI performance based on real customer demand.
