The Daily App Loop

The app works as a loop: customer contact, answer, record, understand, follow up, and preserve history. The best way to use the app is not to jump randomly between tabs. Follow this logic:
  1. A customer calls or texts the business number.
  2. A teammate or the AI receptionist handles the first response.
  3. The conversation appears in Inbox.
  4. You review the recording, transcript, SMS thread, or AI summary.
  5. You call back, send SMS, update the contact, or hand off to a teammate.
  6. The next person sees the full history before responding.
This is why Inbox matters so much. Dial is for starting conversations. AI Receptionist is for coverage. Contacts and Team are for context. Inbox is where the work becomes trackable.
