# Usage and Credits

Your monthly credit usage is displayed as a progress bar in the dashboard sidebar.

If you’d like to view detailed usage information, you can click **Upgrade → Usage** to see how credits are consumed across different tasks.

## Credit Consumption Rules

* 1-minute phone call: 30 credits
* 1 email reply: 7 credits
* 1 chat reply: 2 credits
* 1 SMS: 7 credits
* Co-pilot task: Credits per task

Credits reset monthly based on your subscription plan.
