# Plans and Pricing

Solvea offers a **Free Plan** by default for all new accounts. \
If you need more credits or advanced features, you can upgrade to a **Basic Plan** (\$30/month) or choose a **custom Enterprise Plan** for additional capabilities

You can view your current plan and usage in the **bottom-left corner** of the dashboard sidebar.\
Click **Upgrade** to explore available plans.

## Free Plan (Default)

All new accounts start on the Free Plan, which includes:

* 1,000 credits/month
* 3 agents
* 50MB Knowledge Base
* A 7-day free trial phone number
* Email
* Livechat
* Shopify Integration
* Google Calendar & Sheets

## Basic Plan

You can pay \$30/month to upgrade for more credits or advanced features:

* 3,000 credits/month
* 10 agents
* 500MB knowledge base
* 7-day free trial phone number
* Email
* Livechat
* Shopify Integration
* Google Calendar & Sheets

## Enterprise Plan

Custom pricing. Contact Sales for a quote.

Includes everything in Basic Plan, plus:

* Unlimited product features
* Dedicated training
* Customer Success Manager (CSM)
* AI Self-Learning
* Amazon integration
* Rakuten integration
